Furniture packages & soft furnishings that transform your home

For clients who don’t want a full renovation, but want their home to feel completely transformed, KEMPA Design offers bespoke furniture and finishing packages. We handle everything: layout strategy, furniture, soft furnishings, lighting, accessories, artwork, and final styling.

The result is a home that feels intentional, cohesive, and uniquely tailored to you, delivered through a single team you can trust from concept through to install.

How we work

Three principles that shape every furnishing process we take on, and that protect both the design vision and the developer’s margin.

Modern bedroom with upholstered headboard, marble nightstand, coffee-table books, white roses and pendant lights.

Common questions

How does this differ from a full renovation?

A renovation involves construction — walls, plumbing, layout changes. A furnishing package keeps the existing structure and transforms the space through layout, furniture, finishes, and styling alone. It’s faster, less disruptive, and often a fraction of the cost of a renovation while still delivering a complete transformation.

Either. Some clients hand over a full home to furnish; others want one or two rooms done properly. We scope each project individually.

We source from a wide network of trusted vendors and suppliers — both internationally and locally — focusing on the right piece for the right space, not on hitting a specific brand list. For Italian luxury furniture and kitchens, see our Molteni&C partnership.

Typically 8–12 weeks from initial concept to final install, depending on the scope and lead times on key pieces. International shipping to Cayman adds time — we plan around it from day one.

Absolutely, this is one of the most common scenarios. Many of our clients purchase a development unit and bring us in to transform it from a shell-finish into a fully styled home.
