Learn More About Our Work
Designed for the Way You Live & Work
A space should do more than look good—it should work effortlessly for the people who use it. Whether it’s a private residence, a commercial space, or a hospitality project, we approach every design with a focus on functionality, flow, and the details that make a difference.
Every project is unique, and so is our process. We take the time to understand how a space needs to serve you—how it should feel, how it should move, and how it should last. Because great design isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about creating an environment that enhances your daily life, supports your business, and elevates every experience within it.
Our Approach: Thoughtful. Intentional. Built to Last.
Good design starts with the right questions:
• How will this space be used?
• What challenges need to be solved?
• How do we balance function and beauty?
Our process is collaborative and solution-driven, ensuring every element serves a purpose while delivering a seamless, refined experience from concept to completion.

Justin Szigeti
Principal Designer/Owner
With roots in Toronto, Canada, I bring a wealth of expertise and a deep passion for creating exceptional spaces to every project I take on. My career began working alongside celebrity interior designers, where I honed my craft and developed a meticulous attention to detail. This early exposure to high-profile projects gave me a true appreciation for bespoke, world-class design and the level of care required to deliver it.
My background in design-build is what truly sets me apart. I oversee every stage of a project, from the initial concept and construction drawings to managing on-site execution as a general contractor. This hands-on approach ensures that every detail is flawlessly executed, and the final result is a reflection of my client’s vision, lifestyle, and aspirations. Over the years, I’ve worked across high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, and healthcare projects, each tailored to create spaces that are not only beautiful but functional and meaningful.
What inspires me most about this work is its transformative power. A thoughtfully designed space can elevate how you live, how you feel, and even how a business operates. I take the time to truly understand my clients—their needs, tastes, and priorities—so that the process feels as smooth and enjoyable as the end result. Renovations can be overwhelming, but with clear communication, detailed documentation, and careful planning, I make the experience seamless, efficient, and even exciting.
My work has been recognized internationally, with referrals leading to incredible projects in the Cayman Islands, London, Toronto, and the Bahamas. Whether it’s crafting a serene private retreat or a striking hospitality venue, I strive to deliver spaces that exceed expectations—designed with precision, executed with care, and created to inspire.
When I’m not working, I stay active and energized through tennis, pickleball, and time at the gym. I also love to travel, constantly drawing inspiration from new cultures and experiences to bring a fresh, global perspective to my designs.

Elliot Adair
Jr. Designer/Assistant
Since joining KEMPA in September 2023, I’ve been involved in a range of residential design projects, from two-bedroom apartments to large family homes. While collaborating with our lead designers, I have helped to furnish and decorate beachfront properties in Cayman. My role spans procurement to ordering, allowing me to oversee each project from initial client consultation to delivery, ensuring a seamless process.
My university dissertation allowed me to explore the Psychological Effects of Interior Design, focusing on how space planning and color impact mental well-being. This unique background informs my design approach, enabling me to create thoughtful, aesthetically pleasing, and psychologically positive spaces. My lifelong passion for design allows me to merge creativity with education, delivering exceptional properties for our clients. Designing homes is deeply personal and rewarding. I love connecting with clients, understanding their needs and dreams, and using my expertise to create spaces they’ll cherish. Every project challenges me to think creatively and push boundaries, resulting in homes that are both beautiful and meaningful.

Pamela Decker
Design Project Assistant
Pamela is the newest member of the KEMPA Design Team and has always loved making things beautiful. Since her past positions often did not offer much creativity, she ran home based businesses in both wedding planning and personalizing products as a creative outlet.
With several years of administrative experience in finance, government, and post secondary education under her belt, she set off to Grand Cayman with her husband, son, and Labradoodle on a new adventure and to jump into a more creative role while marrying her administrator background with her design passion.
Pamela began working in home staging and designing bespoke furniture packages and from this quickly learned this is what she was is meant to do. Pamela loves getting to know clients and helping them visualize a new space that is not only beautiful but cohesive and functional. She loves the final details and being part of the reveal when clients see their new space for the very first time.
A natural organizer, Pamela currently manages the installation of furniture, decor and housewares and ensures everything arrives on-island to allow for the ultimate client experience. She is often running from one install to the next unboxing items and fluffing pillows while keeping the team and clients posted every step of the way.
When she’s not sending emails, she is either watching her son play inline hockey, soccer, or baseball or at the beach enjoying the stunning Seven Mile Beach.
